Well, the weather did not work in our favor.  It's raining, raining, raining...

Studio Sale This Weekend!

We're holding a studio sale this Saturday together with Lane from Urban Orchard Interiors.  We'll be showcasing our latest vintage, antique, refurbished, and upcycled items for the home.

Where:  2648 Stuart Street, Berkeley (SW corner of Stuart and College)

When:  Saturday, December 1st from 10am to 3pm.  

In the event of rain, the studio sale will be cancelled.  Fingers crossed it won't rain! 

 

Whale Pillows--SOLD; custom orders available

Our whale pillows sold-out so quickly at the recent antiques fair/flea market, we decided to make more and open them up as custom orders.  This guy is made of navy, black, and light blue striped linen.  A vintage blue button creates his eye and completes the look.  Unless otherwise stated, all pillows identical on both sides.

Measure: 28" long x 7" tall x 4.5" wide (each pillow)

 

Our next whale was created with a purple and light blue wide-striped cotton.  His eyes are made with vintage pink and gold buttons.

And for those black and white lovers, we have the wide-striped cotton whale with black button eyes.

Blue/Green Ikat Napkins--SOLD on etsy

These hand-sewn napkins are made from a beautiful turquoise, navy, purple, and olive green ikat linen.  The dark colors and pattern easily hide stains so that these lovely napkins can be used on a daily basis. They come as a set of 4 napkins.

Vintage Bird/Floral Linen Pillow--ONE left!

We had two of these pillows created from vintage linen fabric placemats (signed C. Arfelt in the lower right hand corner of each placemat).  We love the whimsical bird/floral motif and the detailing around the edge of the linen.  The fabric has been sewn to bright orange linen to create a lumbar pillow cover.  It has an envelope opening so that inner pillow can be removed and pillow cover can be washed.

Squirrel Silhouette Pillows

 

We have two (and can make more!) of these adorable squirrel silhouette pillows.  They are made from a vintage gold floral fabric with rust and gray coloring.  Both pillows are finished with vintage button eyes.  One squirrel has a gray eye and the other has a reddish-orange eye. The squirrel pillows are two sided with the same fabric and buttons on both sides.

Cute in a nursery or kid's room and adds a whimsical touch to any grown-up room!

Below are two more "twin" squirrels that we made for a set of twin girls as a custom order. One side was a turquoise velvet fabric and the other side was orange denim. We used brown buttons for eyes on one squirrel and grey buttons on the other so the twins can tell their otherwise identical squirrels apart.
